While President Trump claims that he is the “least racist” person that anyone could ever meet, his actions speak louder than his words. He put his true colors on display when he refused to condemn the white nationalist community following the Charlottesville terrorist attack, and more recently when he called several predominantly-black nations “sh*thole countries.”
A white man in Texas named Andy Ternay wore his “F*ck Trump And F*ck You For Voting For Him” shirt to breakfast at a restaurant in Garland, Texas, and Trump supporters in the building asked the manager remove him.
Ternay wrote on his Facebook page:
“I expressed deep sympathies and let her know that explaining ‘grab ‘em by the p*ssy’ and golden showers to my daughter was equally unpleasant.”
After he expressed his thoughts on Trump, the Trump supporters called the police to eject him from the building. Ternay replied, “Challenge authoritarianism anywhere and everywhere … otherwise, it wins.”
He went on to explain:
“Everywhere I go with this shirt, white males sneer and people of color smile and give me thumbs up. I think it is very worthwhile to let people of color know they are not alone – that some whites also see the evil of racism is resurgent – and we will fight with our brothers and sisters of color against it.”
Ternay added, “A Latino woman checking me out tells me she loves my shirt and I thanked her.”
Do you think Ternay went overboard?
